Back To School Routines | July Journal

Hi everyone and welcome to my blog.

With the school coming up again, my summer is just about to end. So, I wanted to make a Journal dedicated to ways to better yourself and your education in school.

Now if you’re like me and you get distracted from school work with things like stress and or your phone a schedule or layed out school plan can help keep you on track.

Starting with your morning.

The morning is usually the most important part of your day. It usual determines how you’re going to feel throughout the rest of the day.

For a basic school morning routine I suggest that you wake up at least 2 hours before you have to be there. For example if you school starts at 8:00 am I suggest you get up at 6:00 am.

That way you’ll have enough time to get ready and make sure you have everything together.

I also suggest eating something for breakfast. Breakfast as many say is the most important meal of the day. It starts your metabolism and gives your brain power to work so early in the morning.

Another things you should do is when you’re in the bathroom is to wash your face. Many people forget to do so in the morning. This helps to wake you up so, you won’t be so sleepy in your first period.

Your After School Routine.

After school I suggest you get a snack. For you’ll need the brain food to work on your homework.

I would also suggest that homework should be the first thing you do when you get home instead of going on your phone.

If you go on your phone first you’ll end up spending way too much time on it and this can lead to you forgetting to do your homework and study.

Depending on the time after you finished I then suggest eat dinner. If you eat a dinning table with others I suggest not using your phone and at least try to engage in conversation. If not, then i suggest watching a little TV or YouTube video while you eat.

After finishing up your food. You should then take in a little nigh time workout routine. Exercise is a great way to clear your mind and to relax before bed. It’s also a good way to stay in shape.

Since your probably sweaty after your workout. That would be a good time to shower and start winding down.

I would say this would also be a good time to spend some time on your phone.

About 9:30 – 10:00 would be a good time for you to go to bed. A good night’s sleep is a great way for you not to feel so sleepy in class and for you to feel motivated to keep going the next day.

If you struggle with anxiety or large amounts of stress. Something to squeeze into your routines would be meditation. I’ve been doing it for about a month now and I can say it really helps to calm and control the crazy parts of your mind.

There a many apps you can use as well as many online and physical classes.

So, I hope these two routines help you with school and I wish you good luck on whatever grade you’re going into or if you’re just starting college.

Let’s be friends.
