So far this year’s blog post have been about my favorite human emotion, happiness. This is because I want this year to be the one where I have never ending happiness and being able to spread it with everyone else.
As a way to spread happiness, ai put together 18 things that make me happy into this blog post! I hope you all will like some of the things in here!
Without further adieu, here’s 18 things to make you happy!!
1. Coloring books and pages!
I know coloring pages may seem childish and odd but, they are so much fun. Coloring books and pages are so therapeutic as well. You can calm down and be entertained at the same time.
2. Watching T.V. Shows
I know a lot of people who’ve stopped watching television. I guess it just because not a lot of good shows are on. Lately, I’ve become obsessed with the Food Network. You can watch T.v and plan what you might have for dinner or desert the next day.

3. Comfy Leggings and Slippers
I love leggings and slippers! I honestly believe they are the key to the heart. Leggings are too tight to where you’re not comfy and slippers are just so much more comfy to be in than socks. This one makes no sense really but, I really like them and they make me really happy, so yeah!
4. Riddles and Jokes
I love laughing and I’m pretty sure a lot of other people do as well. So, if you’re into riddles and jokes this one’s for you. Go on YouTube, search riddles or jokes, and click on one of the various videos and enjoy the rest of your time. They are also a bit of a challenge for your brain. You can challenge your brain and have fun.
5. Vines Compilations
Vines are still in. Go on YouTube and search Vine Compilations. You might see some of your favorite ones or you might even see a new one that’ll make you laugh your head off.
6. Little Dance Parties and Karaoke
For all you music lovers, Dance Parties and Karaoke are a must. Make a playlist of all your favorite songs and get down. Whether you’re by yourself or with friends, I know you’ll have a lot of fun!

7. Spending Less Time on Your Phone
Sounds insane but, log off all your socials for a little bit everyday and spend time with family and friends. This will help you engage more and more into conversations and be a lot more aware of everything. You’ll also be less stressed because you’re not spending so much time on your social media.
8. A real gooooood Bath
I used to never be one to like taking baths but, lately I’ve liked how relaxing they are. After a long day it’s nice to come home and chill in soothing warm water.
There are some really good books out there. You just have to find the right one, the one that really catches your mind. If you’re interested enough you won’t stop reading.
Journaling is another way of writing down thoughts. With a clear mind, you can easily remember what makes you happy. Journaling is a way to clear your mind. If you need prompts, Pinterest has a lot.
For all of you and all lovers this one will be very fun. If you have a pet,scan spend time with it, even if it’s a fish. You can still make a really close happy connection. If you don’t have a pet, find your closest animal shelter or pet shop and hang out with the animals they have for sell. I’m pretty sure they’ll do a good job at boosting your mood.
12. Be a kid again!
I’m talking watching all your favorite through back shows and playing all your favorite through back games. It’ll bring back happy memories from when you were a kid. It’ll always remind you to always be a kid at heart.
13. Go to a park!
Your never too old to go to a park or play on a playground. You can buy a lot of outdoor toys and sports equipment and just go at it. Bring some friends or family along and just plain out enjoy yourself.
14. Give yourself a spa day/ personal day.
Relax and enjoy your personal time. Turn off your phone to get the best experience. On this day it’ll be all about you. There’ll be nothing else to worry about.
15. Take a Nap
Naps can really boost your mood and are really helpful throughout the days. Whenever you feel overwhelmed with stress, lay your head down for just a bit (if you work or go to school do this whenever you have free time) and take a deep breath.
Remember: you’re beautiful and everything will turn out to be okay.
16. Draw a picture
Like coloring, drawing can also be very therapeutic and you can also teach yourself to improve more if you ever get very interested.
17. Learn another Language
Learning another language can be very helpful and fun. You can get involved with other cultures and that’s always fun to see the differences in life.
18. Never give up.
If you know there’s something you want go for it. Don’t let anyone hold you back. Don’t let anyone’s stop you. Everything will be okay. Don’t give up on chasing a dream. They may seem far away but, they’re a lot closer than you think.
